in advance will be required. Fully written reports
will always be available to you with an up to
date statement of expenditure. On completion of all work undertaken

to the client with a clear explanation of our charges

you at a suitable venue of your choice to take your detailed instructions in
person. Once full instructions are received your enquiry will commence immediately
or at the prearranged time.

All correspondence sent to you is only sent at your request to an address that
you have given us, you may nominate a close friend or relative that can receive
confidential mail on your behalf. Telephone or e-mail contact can be maintained
at times only you specify. When calling you, Shmira never give the company name.
